This policy exists to protect your therapeutic progress and honor the limited availability we maintain to provide quality care.

Cancellation Requirements

48 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of session price charged
Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of session price charged
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of session price charged

This policy applies to all sessions, packages, and series.

Why This Matters

Scheduling is intentionally small in order to offer focused, present care to each client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you—and when cancelled with short notice, it cannot be offered to someone else who needs support.

More importantly: Your healing depends on consistency. Nervous system regulation requires regular, predictable input. Sporadic attendance doesn't just reduce effectiveness—it can actually work against the progress we're creating together.

Your appointments aren't just calendar slots. They're commitments to your own healing process.

For Therapy Series & Packages

Missed sessions are counted as completed and deducted from your total

Sessions cannot be made up, rolled over, or refunded

Attending as scheduled maintains both your therapeutic momentum and your reserved time slot

If Attendance Becomes Inconsistent

We understand that life happens. Occasional, properly-noticed cancellations are completely normal and expected.
However: Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments make it impossible to provide effective care.

If you cancel or miss 2 or more sessions in your series, we'll need to have an honest conversation about whether this is the right time for you to be in treatment. Depending on the pattern, we may need to:

Pause your series until your schedule stabilizes

Discontinue treatment and revisit when you have more capacity

Limit future booking availability

This is meant to protect the integrity of the work, your investment, and the time reserved for clients who can show up consistently.

If your life circumstances change and reliable attendance becomes difficult, we'd rather pause with care than continue ineffectively. You're always welcome to return when you're ready.

Emergencies & Compassionate Exceptions

True emergencies—will always be met with compassion and flexibility. Just communicate as soon as you're able.

What I'm asking for is simply this: book with intention, show up when you commit, and communicate promptly when something changes.
That's how we create the container for real, lasting change.

This policy allows us to keep your preferred scheduling options open and maintain sustainable pricing.

A credit card is required to book all appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your card or package will be charged in full.

 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice result in forfeiture of that session with no refund, credit, or makeup session.

Credit card processing fees will be deducted from the amount of any refunds issued.
